YOUR MISSION
OUR MISSION
THE IDEA
You are not alone in feeling alone or unsupported by your board and we're here to help. Outsource various operations, marketing, bookkeeping, and technology functions to our team of experts, leaving your volunteers and core staff to focus on their job and the mission!

Our clients are typically nonprofits that are growing with overwhelmed staff or unpaid founder, but additional headcount isn't in the budget. Enable growth and expand your reach by putting our professionals to work part-time supporting your mission!

If you never thought you could afford a marketing team? Think again! Have you been relying on a volunteer bookkeeper and things are a mess? Let's transition you to QuickBooks Online and get things organized with increased transparency and automated reporting to the Board!
IT MAKES SENSE
It might seem like magic, but it’s just math! Many of our professionals are consulting in addition to their normal careers and some will even combine multiple clients into a full-time workload.

Let’s say you hate doing the monthly newsletter. You’ve tried finding a volunteer to take it over but it never works out, deadlines are missed, they hit send too early, spelling mistakes, and it all falls back on you to scramble to get it done. It would be nice if you could hire someone to take that over, but the newsletter only takes about 1 day a month. Outsource the newsletter to one of our experts!

Since we specialize in small, growing nonprofits, we combine multiple clients together to create a full workload for our consultants.
Because you’re getting a professional, you may pay a higher hourly rate than you would expect to pay a part-time employee. This higher level salary allows us to attract professionals!
Our goal is to help your nonprofit grow and meet your mission. As you grow, you'll hire staff to take over tasks we were helping with – that’s the plan! We're here when you need more help as you continue to expand your reach into the communities you serve.
BOARDS LOVE US
Volunteers are great and needed, but they can be unreliable and a nonprofit can’t thrive with volunteers alone.
Your executive director can’t be an expert in every function and even if they were chances are their time would be better spent delivering programming or fundraising.
Part-time employees are often inexperienced, uninterested, and unreliable. Our consultants are professionals that provide their services after hours or in conjunction with several clients to maintain a proper salary.
You founded a nonprofit and it’s time to take it to the next level, but you don’t have availability to take it on full-time yourself and the organization doesn’t have funding to hire an executive director.

Engagements can be short or long-term with rates dependent upon the function, project, and how many hours are needed.

EXPERTS WANTED
Are you looking to supplement your income, but you know a part-time job won’t utilize your professional-level skills or pay a professional-level wage? We connect nonprofits and experts!
If you are a professional with experience in nonprofit operations, marketing, bookkeeping, or technology and you have a few hours each week to dedicate to a nonprofit mission, let us know! We are building our bench and will match consultants with clients as opportunities become available.
While you’ll be expected to meet client deadlines and answer emails, there are no “business hours” to maintain. All positions are paid roles and you will never be asked to volunteer.
Consultants are independent contractors of Sean Warren Consulting, LLC.
